The Need To Speak The Mind
People think...have countless thoughts, some fleeting, others deeper, some reactionary, others reflective..some have scattered thoughts, others cohesive, some have organised thoughts, others disorganised, and so on and so on....on the whole though, i would say that people have certain 'thought themes' which may occupy them for a while, sometimes until 'whatever that theme is' is solved, or shared, or it evolves and becomes something else. Now if we talk about balance, (as this is a 'thought theme' that seems to crop up time and time again in my writings,)would it not seem apparent that if thoughts do not 'find expression' or 'flow along' then problems may arise? Do these thoughts then bottle up, hit walls, dams, barriers, and either stagnate and pollute, or rebound back on the thinker and cause depressing energies in the psyche? I would suggest this is the case...Our societies seem to have 'buffer zones' on certain themes and topics which put people off going down these 'taboo thought trains'. Death is an example of this, peopel do not talk about it for fear ...fear of what? fear of 'seeming negative' or 'being seen as a depressive' . This is common, because in our system of conventional reality presently a lot of people seem to have the need to be seen to be positive and bubbly, so a frank or friendly discussion on the subject of death would seem out of place in this candyfloss glossy bubble that so sparkles with positive energy! Hence a barrier, a blockage, and like any blockage.(ask any plumber!) blockages aint good! So what we need is a tackling of the 'taboos' a discussing of them, a piercing of them in a way...bring 'em down to size a bit...stop inflating them..talk, talk, talk, share, uncover, and then they will be on the path to healing:)
